30-Day Return Policy

We want every cat parent to love their MeowHaven purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return: Email us at contact@meowhaven.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - in which case we cover it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo - we'll replace it or refund you in full, no return needed in most cases.

Non-returnable: Gift cards and final-sale items.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placing them, before they enter processing.
